Accessibility Statement
Last updated: June 15, 2026
Loopd aims to make its website and Service usable by people with disabilities. We use WCAG 2.1 Level AA as a design and testing target, but this is not a claim of certification or complete conformance. We continue to review the product as it changes.
Accessibility Practices
- Keyboard-operable navigation and controls
- Visible focus indicators
- Semantic headings, labels, instructions, and page landmarks
- Text alternatives for meaningful images
- Responsive layouts and reduced-motion support where implemented
- Programmatically associated errors and status messages in key forms
Known Limitations
Some third-party experiences, including Stripe checkout and Cloudflare Turnstile, are operated by their providers and may not behave consistently with every assistive technology. Loopd has not completed an independent, comprehensive accessibility audit or certification. Other limitations may exist despite ongoing testing.
Get Help or Report a Barrier
Email hello@meetloopd.com with the page, problem, and relevant assistive technology. We aim to acknowledge reports within two business days, but this is a target rather than a guaranteed service level. We will try to provide a reasonable alternative when possible.
