Cookie Policy
Last updated: June 15, 2026
Loopd uses cookies and similar browser storage to operate and secure the Service, support checkout, and remember that you dismissed the cookie notice. We also run first-party product analytics, described below. We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site behavioral tracking, or any third-party analytics provider.
Technologies We Use
- Supabase authentication cookies or storage: maintain secure sign-in sessions.
- Cloudflare Turnstile: processes browser and network signals to prevent automated abuse and fraudulent signups.
- Stripe: may use necessary technologies on its hosted checkout and billing pages.
- Loopd local storage: stores
loopd-cookie-preferenceon the device to remember the notice choice.
Product Analytics
Loopd records a small set of first-party usage events (e.g. that a check in was started or completed, a template was created, a coach reviewed a check in) to understand how the product is used and where coaches get stuck. Each event is limited to account/client IDs, timestamps, short status values, and counts. We never send names, emails, notes, check in answers, AI summaries, or photos to analytics. No third party receives this data; it stays in our own database. This does not use tracking cookies and is not advertising or cross-site tracking. Coaches can turn it off anytime in Dashboard, then Settings, then “Product analytics”. Turning it off also stops analytics for that coach's clients.
Your Choices
The cookie notice is not consent to advertising; Loopd does not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. Necessary technologies cannot be disabled through Loopd because login, account security, and checkout may not work without them. You may block or delete browser storage, but authenticated features may stop working and the notice may reappear. Product analytics can be turned off independently from your account Settings, and we honor a browser's Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal for the anonymous pricing-page view event.
Global Privacy Control
Loopd does not currently sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, so a Global Privacy Control signal does not change current data use. If those practices change, we will update our controls and treat recognized opt-out preference signals as required by applicable law.
Policy Changes
If we add analytics, advertising, or other optional cookies, we will update this policy and provide consent or opt-out controls before activating them where required by law.
