Refund Policy

Paid Loopd subscriptions renew monthly and are billed in advance through Stripe until canceled. Cancel online at Dashboard, then Billing, then Manage billing. Cancellation stops the next renewal; paid access normally continues through the current paid period.

Trial

The standard 14-day Solo trial does not require a payment method and does not automatically become a paid subscription. You are charged only if you select a paid plan and complete Stripe checkout.

Refund Eligibility

Payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period begins, and unused time is not automatically prorated. We will review requests involving a duplicate charge, billing error, reported unauthorized transaction, or material Service failure. A request is not a guarantee of a refund. Nothing here limits a refund, cooling-off period, or other remedy required by applicable consumer law.

How to Request a Refund

Email hello@meetloopd.com within 14 days after the charge so we can investigate promptly. Include the account email, charge date, amount, and reason. Do not send full payment card details. For suspected card fraud, also contact your card issuer.

Processing

We aim, but do not guarantee, to acknowledge requests within two business days. Approved refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method. A bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
